Braw & Tasty started in Kirkcaldy with a simple idea — that feeding your family well shouldn't mean choosing between quality and convenience. After watching too many people reach for the same tired takeaways night after night, we decided to do something about it.

Every meal is cooked from scratch in our commercial kitchen using ingredients from local farms and markets. No shortcuts, no fillers, no compromises. Just honest food — the kind you'd be proud to serve at your own table.

We're a small, family-run operation. That means every order is packed by hand, every recipe is tested by us first, and if you've got a question, you're talking to a real person — not a call centre.

Everything you need to know before you order.

Orders close every Sunday at 2:00pm for the following Monday's delivery. If you miss the cut-off, don't worry — your order will simply be scheduled for the week after. We'll show you the exact delivery date before you pay.

All orders are delivered on Monday. You'll see your specific delivery date when you place your order, and again on your confirmation email. If anything changes, we'll let you know in advance.

We currently deliver across Kirkcaldy and the surrounding area. If you're just outside, get in touch — we may be able to arrange something as we grow.

Yes — every dish has a vegan alternative available at the same price. When you're picking your meals, you'll see both versions listed side by side. Just choose whichever you prefer.

All meals arrive chilled and ready to heat. They'll keep in the fridge for 3–4 days, or you can freeze them for up to 3 months. To reheat, simply microwave for 3–5 minutes until piping hot throughout. Full reheating instructions are on every label.

Every meal has a full ingredient list and allergen information — just tap the icon on any dish when you're picking your meals. If you have a specific dietary requirement, drop us a message and we'll help.

Payment is made securely online by card when you place your order. We use Stripe — the same payment provider used by most major retailers — so your card details never touch our servers.

You can cancel or amend your order any time before the Sunday 2pm cut-off. After that, we've already bought your ingredients, so unfortunately we can't make changes. Just get in touch as soon as you can.
